Are your items authentic? 

Everything on YBCOS is authentic. 

About Supreme items: The majority of Supreme items on our site are obtained through Supreme's online store. As there is no need for the items to be scanned when they ship the items, so they DO NOT have tags on them.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments through PayPal-a service you do not need to sign up for to use. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Limited countries, email us about orders outside of Canada. *現在支持中國地区多伦多直發.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will place your order within 48 hours, once order is placed domestic order should arrive within 5-10 business days. *International order usually takes more time.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! * And this is why the international shipping is EXPENSIVE. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

Will you restock sold out items?

For some items we will. Keep an eye out on our Instagram and Facebook page for the updates. 

About refunds, returns, exchanges.

It is possible. If we sent you the wrong item which is unlikely to happen.
